Who is responsible for your data

Soluciones Integrales de Ingeniería Seguridad y Ambiente SIISA, S.A. de C.V. ("SIISA Consultores"), with its address at Calle General Ignacio Altamirano 664, Barrio de Santiago, 78049, San Luis Potosí, S.L.P., Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data collected on this website, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares).

What data we collect

• Quote request form: name, company, work email, phone (optional), service of interest, plant city or state (optional) and request details.
• Website chat (runs with the analytics cookies): name, company, email, phone (optional), service of interest and the content of the conversation. They are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system.
• Calculators: name, company, work email and the values you enter for the calculation.
• The site's own browsing data: the page where you entered, the pages you visited during that visit, the campaign parameters in the address (for example utm_source or gclid), the site you came from (domain only), the frequently asked questions you opened and the date. This data is kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage, keys that start with "fy_") and is sent along with your request.
• Contact clicks: when you click WhatsApp, phone or email, we log a reference code, the page and the source of your visit, so we can respond to your message and know which channel generated it.
• Technical data: browser and an encrypted, irreversible fingerprint (hash) of your IP address, which we use only for security and to prevent automated submissions. We do not store your full IP address.

We do not ask for health data on this website. Medical exam results are handled outside the site, with a specific privacy notice and the worker's express consent.

What we use your data for

• Responding to your request, preparing the quote and following up on it.
• Knowing through which channel each request arrived (search, campaign, referral, WhatsApp) to measure and improve the site.
• With your consent, sending you information about courses and services. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share your data with

• Processors that provide services to us: the website hosting provider (GoDaddy), our customer relationship management system (HubSpot, with servers in the European Union), which receives the data in your request and chat and the IP address it was sent from, and Fyware S.C., the agency that operates this website and measures which channels generate requests. They use the data only to provide that service to us.
• Analytics and chat: HubSpot (pages you visit, to follow up on your request), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which may process data outside Mexico. In Mexico and other countries outside the European Union, the United Kingdom and Canada they run when you enter the site under implied consent, as allowed by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and you can reject them in the cookie notice. In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Canada they only run if you accept. If you reject them, their cookies are deleted and they do not load again, and you can change your choice at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.
• WhatsApp: if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by the terms of WhatsApp (Meta).

We do not sell or rent your data.

How long we keep it

Requests and their source record are kept while there is a business relationship or follow-up, and for up to 24 months after the last contact. The browsing data in your browser is renewed on each visit, and you can delete it from your browser settings.

Your rights

You can access your data, rectify it, cancel it or object to its processing (known in Mexico as ARCO rights), and you can revoke your consent, by writing to comercial@siisaconsultores.com with your name, the right you want to exercise and a way for us to reply. We respond within the time limits set by law.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
