- Field safety walk
- Site supervision
During the construction of GROB's new battery plant in Mexico, SIISA Consultores was in charge of all safety and environmental management on site: field safety for the workforce, handling and disposal of construction waste, and the project's safety and environmental plans, with direct reporting to GROB headquarters in Germany.
What SIISA did on site
One local owner for safety and environment, accountable to headquarters and not only to the site manager.

Building or expanding a plant in Mexico?
When headquarters is abroad, you need someone in Mexico who knows the STPS rules and reports straight to the parent company. That was SIISA's role for GROB.
We put it together from the same services: safety supervisors on site, STPS compliance consulting and DC-3 training for contractor crews.
